An FBO and private jet charter operation/service center at San Luis Obispo County Regional Airport, full of maintenance technicians, ground crew, and support staff. They previously relied on a competitor’s water dispenser system in the breakroom.

The Fix

In June 2025, Drop Water installed a compact Drop Refill station in the employee breakroom at the ACI Jet Center in San Luis Obispo.

The switch let ACI Jet purchase the equipment outright and immediately eliminated the third-party service provider, since the Drop Refill system is designed to be fully self-service for flavor replacements, filter swaps, and routine maintenance.

A quick staff walkthrough made the transition seamless, and the old competitor’s rental unit was completely replaced right away.
